Covid-19 Alert Level 3 Restrictions

It has been announced that on Monday 27th April 2020 at 11:59pm the country will move from Alert Level 4 to Alert Level 3. So what does this mean for dentists?

Our 3 dental clinics will resume operations from Tuesday 28th April 2020 onwards. We will be only providing emergency and urgent dental services. Alert Level 3 does not allow for standard dental care to resume.

Please continue to contact us on (09) 837 1780 (Henderson) and (09) 302 2496 (City and Manurewa) if you have any dental concerns and we will arrange with you how to best meet your dental care needs.

Our hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Our enhanced infection control procedures and precautions will remain in place to protect the safety of our patients and staff.

Elective Dental Treatment

In compliance with Ministry of Health guidelines, we are unable to provide standard elective dental treatments while the country remains at Alert Level 3. Our normal dental services may resume when we enter Alert Level 2. However, we cannot be sure since the rules for Level 2 are not likely to be announced until we are closer to it. We have all witnessed how these rules evolve on a daily basis with new findings. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and adhere to the government and Dental Council of New Zealand’s requirements and guidelines. As part of our commitment to our communities, we will also keep you updated as the situation changes.
