Fees

We are committed to providing affordable medical, dental and pharmacy fees aimed at reducing health inequalities and fostering well, safe, vibrant and informed communities. Our fees vary depending on your individual circumstances, such as the level of treatment or procedure you require. Your Doctor, Nurse or Dentist will explain any costs with you at the time of your appointment.

** The Fono offers free adolescent dental treatment for 13-18 year olds at all clinics. 0-12 year olds can be seen if referred by the school nurse or if they can’t access their regular provider. They pay our standard fees if they want to be seen electively. 

*** To receive government funding you need to be enrolled with The Fono and be eligible.  It takes approximately 3 months for funding to be received.  If you are 'NON-ELIGIBLE', 'NOT A NEW ZEALAND RESIDENT' or 'CASUAL' the standard fees will apply

Payment Policy

All patients are required to make payment for services at the time of treatment. If for any reason you are unable to pay for your services at the time of your appointment please mention this to our receptionists when you make your appointment, who will discuss options with you. You are also welcome to see the Practice Manager to discuss your payment plan options. Charges will apply if you do not cancel and do not attend your appointment.
