Welcome to The Fono Medical. If you are an enrolled patient, you can book an appointment with your Fono Doctor online in less than 30 seconds. If you are a casual (not enrolled) patient, you can request an appointment and we will get back to you.

How to book as an enrolled medical patient 

We take bookings through Vensa, which allows you to see all available times for your doctor. You can book an appointment for yourself or someone else. Book as a guest or register as a user.

Registering as a user allows you to:

  • Track upcoming and past appointments
  • Cancel appointments
  • Add your appointment directly to your computer/device calendar
  • Get directions straight to our clinic

Book in 4 easy steps: 

  1. Select a date/time and then scroll to find an available Doctor and appointment that suits you
  2. If you don’t have a Vensa log in, click I’m new here, and proceed to fill out the patient details. If you’re already signed up, click log into continue.
  3. Once you have successfully completed the booking process, you will see this confirmation screen.
    A confirmation text message will also be sent to your mobile phone.
  4. Once your appointment has been confirmed you can choose to sign up with Vensa if you haven’t already. This will only require an email and password and will allow you to manage your booked appointments.
