"I Am fortunate to work within our Lagi Ola team, a wellbeing service embedded within primary care at The Fono. Being able to provide care for our patients and their aiga has been both challenging yet rewarding because of the unique skills and experience each member brings to the team. It's rare that we get to use our Pacific values like respect, love and faith which creates a genuine relationship with our patients. A little humour is also a bonus! These are tools that help the team and myself work innovatively to better engage the people we aim to serve. "
