The Fono Group CEO Completes Harvard Leadership Programme
In January, Fiugalu Tevita Funaki MNZM, CEO of The Fono Group, successfully completed the prestigious 39th Session of the Program for Leadership Development (PLD) at Harvard Business School (HBS) in Boston. This achievement represents a significant milestone in his ongoing professional development journey.
This latest accomplishment builds upon Fiugalu Tevita's previous Harvard Business School executive education, including Behavioural Economics: Understanding and Shaping Customer and Employee Behaviour (2016) and Strategic Perspectives in Non-Profit Management (2017). With the completion of the PLD, Fiugalu Tevita has been granted Harvard Business School Alumni status, joining an elite global network of business leaders.
The advanced expertise and global perspectives gained through this program will drive Fiugalu Tevita's leadership as he guides The Fono into the future. These newly acquired skills will empower him to implement innovative strategies that strengthen The Fono's commitment to delivering exceptional health, social, and educational services to Pacific families and communities throughout Aotearoa and the South Pacific.
