Filemoni Panisi
Experience and specialist areas:
Filemoni is a board member of Tuvaluan heritage with an extensive career in business and finance management. He holds a BA in Accounting and Finance at the University of the South Pacific and a Diploma in Business Studies at the Fiji Institute of Technology, Suva, Fiji.
In Tuvalu, Filemoni was the Finance Manager of the Tuvalu Philatelic Bureau from 1984 to 2012. Then in 2013 he took on the role of Interim CEO for the Tuvalu Post & Philatelic Corporation. (The Philatelic Corporation merged during 2013 with the Postal Division.)
In Auckland, Filemoni is the current Treasurer of the Tuvalu Auckland Community Trust (holding the position since 2015), 365 Great North Road, Henderson. In addition, he is the Health & Safety Coordinator of Tasman PFV Limited in Penrose where he manages Site Safe Work practices at workplaces to ensure Health and Safety Risk Management compliance.
Filemoni also enjoys:
