How we help
We're here to make things easier for you. You choose the way you want to keep in contact with us; phone, video calls, or text messages. A coordinator will support you with appointments for mammogram and assessments. We can even arrange transportation, interpreter services, or home visits from our coordinator if you need them. We also offer wrap-around support to you and your family from The Fono. We understand that navigating health care can be overwhelming, so we're here to connect you to the additional resources you need.
