About The Fono Patient Portal

Your health made simple. The Fono Patient Portal allows you to manage your health information online securely and easily.

We’ve Moved to a New Patient Portal

The Fono Medical Care has stopped using the Manage My Health portal as of November 2025.

Our new portal called 'The Fono Patient Portal', is powered by Vensa. It makes managing your health simple and secure.

  • Check your immunisation history.
  • See your ACC claim details.
  • Organise healthcare for your whānau with the ‘Care Circle’.
  • Stay informed about your upcoming recalls.

Works on Any Device — No App Needed

Use your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Open your browser and visit login.vensa.com. You don’t need to download anything. Bookmark the link for quick access anytime.

Introducing the ‘Care Circle’

The 'Care Circle' feature allows you to connect your whānau and loved ones to your health records. With their permission, they can help you manage appointments, view health information, and support your wellbeing. It’s a simple way to stay connected and keep everyone informed.

The 'Care Circle' is for -

1. Patients who are managing another patient’s medical journey

2. Patients who are sharing an email address with another patient

When you add members to your 'Care Circle' and your clinic approves, you will be able to access their patient data on their behalf, book appointments, request prescriptions etc.

To add others to your 'Care Circle' you first need to sign up and activate/verify your own account. Once set up, log in and head to the ‘Care Circle’ tab. Here you can enter the details of anyone you’d like to add (consent needs to be given). The practice will review your request and let you know via email once this is ready.
