This is a hands-on coordination role where you will plan and deliver workshops, support community engagement, and keep key programmes running smoothly. You will work closely with Kaiawhina, community partners, and stakeholders to ensure services are wellorganised, accessible, and impactful.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate and deliver community workshops and events
- Manage logistics (venues, schedules, resources)
- Build relationships with community and health partners
- Support the Healthy Babies Healthy Futures programme
- Provide admin support, reporting, and data tracking
- Help improve systems and service delivery
About You
- Experience in events, programmes, or community engagement
- Background in health, social services, or community work
- Strong organisation and coordination skills
- Great communication and relationship-building ability
- Understanding of Pacific communities and cultural practices
