Whānau Ora Navigator
We are seeking a dedicated individual who can build strong relationships with both Pacific families and social support agencies, helping them navigate and access community resources effectively. This full-time, six-month position is designed to empower families in achieving their goals across key areas: health, education, economic development, and cultural well-being, using the Whānau Ora approach.
A registered Social Worker qualification is required, and proficiency in a Pacific language is highly desirable.
About the Role

It’s an out and about role so duties will take you around your region from your base.
