Whānau Support Administrator

As the Whānau Support Administrator, you will play a key role in assisting the Whānau Support Manager with a variety of administrative tasks.

As the Whānau Support Administrator, you will play a key role in assisting the Whānau Support Manager with a variety of administrative tasks. You’ll ensure that all contracts are managed accurately and efficiently, provide insightful data analysis, and assist with the smooth running of social service programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Manager Social Services to ensure smooth contract management.
  • Prepare and analyse reports to keep management informed of performance against funder requirements.
  • Coordinate meetings, staff training, and manage calendars effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety protocols, workplace cleanliness, and quality assurance standards.
  • Participate in service development projects and provide ongoing support for social services delivery.

About you

  • Proven administration experience, preferably in a community service setting.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other organizational ICT systems.
  • Understanding of Pacific cultures, mores, and protocols.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and a Pacific language is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
