Coming Soon: Our New Patient Portal to Launch in November

We are happy to share that major upgrades are on the way for our Patient Portal.

We’re excited to announce that we will be transitioning to a new patient portal system called The Fono Patient Portal, by Vensa. This will be replacing Manage My Health.

Over the years, many of you have shared your feedback about the current portal, and we’ve listened.  

Our IT team has been working closely with Vensa to ensure a smooth migration to their platform, which will include the features you’ve been asking for to better support your healthcare needs.

Expected Release: Mid - End November 2025

We know change can feel overwhelming, especially for those who have used Manage My Health for a while. Our goal is to make this transition as easy as possible.

Here is a preview of what you can expect:

Online Bookings: Book appointments online at your preferred Healthcare Centre at The Fono.

Online Prescriptions: When you order a repeat prescription, you will get a text message once it has been sent to your pharmacy.

Online Health Record: View your medical history and health information online.

Care Circles: This new feature lets you:

  • Register multiple family members under one email by designating a main account holder.
  • Access your children’s medical records securely, with separate profiles for privacy.

Most updates about the migration will come via email from Vensa.
